TDKG PTE. LTD. ("we" or "us") handles personal information in "Sankyu" (the "Service"), a restaurant information and reservation service, as described below.

1. Information we collect

1. Registration information: name, name in katakana, email address, phone number, and password (stored only in a form that cannot be reversed).
2. Reservation information: the restaurant, date and time, party size, the guest's name and contact details, what you enter as requests or dietary restrictions, and records of changes, cancellations and visits.
3. Booking Request information: the restaurant, date, time and party size you want, your contact details, and our communications with the restaurant about the request.
4. Enquiries and applications: what you enter when applying for a listing, claiming ownership of a listing, or asking for a listing to be removed.
5. Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and when (access logs), and cookies (used to keep you logged in, remember your language and block forged form submissions).

2. How we use it

1. To register Members, verify them and manage accounts.
2. To accept reservations and Booking Requests, pass them to restaurants, and send confirmations, changes, cancellations and reminders.
3. To respond to enquiries and applications.
4. To prevent misuse and keep the Service safe.
5. To improve the Service and produce statistics that do not identify individuals.
6. For invoicing and other work under our Terms of Use and Listing Terms.
7. To comply with the law.

3. Sharing with restaurants

To make a reservation, we give the reservation information (name, contact details, date and time, party size, requests and so on) to the restaurant concerned. By making a reservation you agree to this. For a Booking Request, we pass the same information to the restaurant by phone, email or similar.

4. Sharing with other third parties

Except as described above and where the law allows, we do not give personal information to third parties without your consent.

5. Service providers

We may use outside companies for parts of our work, such as running servers and networks, payments and sending email (for example Stripe, Inc. for payments). We give them only the information they need and require them to handle it properly.

6. Handling outside Japan

We are a company incorporated in Singapore. Information we collect may be stored and processed on servers in Singapore or other countries outside Japan. We handle it in accordance with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information, Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and other applicable laws.

7. Security

We protect personal information against leaks, loss and damage by encrypting connections, limiting which staff can access it, storing passwords irreversibly and other measures.

8. How long we keep it

We delete Members' information within a reasonable period after they leave. Records of reservations and invoices are kept for up to 7 years for accounting and dispute purposes, and access logs are normally deleted within 1 year.

9. Your rights

You may ask us to disclose, correct or delete your personal information, to stop using it, or to stop sharing it with third parties. Residents of the European Union and similar jurisdictions also have the right to data portability under the GDPR and the right to complain to a supervisory authority. Please contact us at the address below; once we have confirmed your identity, we will respond without delay as the law requires.

10. Location and posts

If the Service offers features that use your location, or features for posting reviews, photos and the like, we will explain the purpose, what we collect and how long we keep it beforehand, and collect it only with any consent required.

11. Persons under 16

The Service does not accept registrations from persons under 16.

12. Changes to this policy

We may change this policy when necessary. We will announce important changes on the Service in advance.
