Price	Registration, reservations and Booking Requests are free of charge. You pay for your meal directly to the restaurant. The referral fee for restaurants is JPY 150 (excluding tax) per visiting guest (see the Listing Terms).
Other charges	Internet connection and data charges are paid by the customer.
Payment method	Referral fee: the method shown on the invoice (such as credit card).
Payment timing	Referral fee: totalled at the end of each month and payable by the due date of the invoice issued the following month (30 days from issue).
When the service is provided	Reservations: when the reservation is confirmed. Service subject to the referral fee: when the guest visits the restaurant.
Cancellations and returns	You can cancel a reservation from its details page, subject to the restaurant's cancellation policy, if any. Because of the nature of the service, it cannot be returned once provided. If a referral fee is wrong, we will check it and correct it.
